CLASSICO COMO is a B2B e-commerce site, exclusively for retailers, distributors, and other businesses with a VAT number. To place an order, you must register with a valid business account.

 

2. Is there a minimum order requirement?

Yes, the minimum order amount is €200. Orders that do not meet this threshold will not be accepted.

 

3. What payment methods are accepted?

Currently, we only accept payments via bank transfer. The bank details for the transfer will be provided via email after order confirmation. Shipping will begin only after we receive the full payment.

 

4. How can I check product availability?

Product availability is displayed directly on the product pages. However, if you need to order quantities exceeding the available stock, we invite you to contact us via our contact form. We will be happy to assist you in finding a solution.

 

5. How long will it take to receive my order?

Delivery times vary depending on the destination and product availability. Typically, orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive an email with shipping details and tracking information once your order has been shipped.

 

6. Do you offer international shipping?
