CLASSICO COMO operates exclusively as a wholesale supplier, targeting retailers, distributors, and other B2B businesses. To purchase from our website, the customer must have a valid VAT number or be legally registered as a business. Final consumers cannot make purchases through our platform.
4. Products and Availability
All products offered by CLASSICO COMO are described in detail within their respective product pages, including information on materials, sizes, and minimum order quantities. Despite our efforts to keep the site information up to date, product availability may vary. CLASSICO COMO does not guarantee that all products will be available at all times.
5. Prices and Taxes

CLASSICO COMO only accepts payment via bank transfer. The details for the transfer will be communicated via email once the order has been confirmed. Payment must be made within the terms indicated in the confirmation email, and the goods will only be shipped after payment is received.

After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email containing the details of your purchase. This email does not constitute acceptance of the order, but only confirms that we have received it. The order will be considered accepted and binding only once the goods have been shipped.
8. Shipping and Delivery
Shipments are made both nationally and internationally through selected couriers. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and product availability. CLASSICO COMO is not responsible for delivery delays attributable to the shipping services.
Shipping costs are borne by the customer and will be calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of the order.
9. Returns and Refunds
CLASSICO COMO accepts returns only for defective products or products that do not match the original order. In the case of defects or errors, the customer must notify the company within 7 days of receiving the goods. Products must be returned in their original packaging and in unused condition. Refunds will be issued once the returned goods have been received and inspected.
We do not accept returns for errors made by the customer at the time of the order, including incorrect sizes or quantities.

CLASSICO COMO will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the products purchased on our site. Our liability is limited exclusively to the value of the purchased product.
