Refund policy
CLASSICO COMO accepts returns only for defective products or items that do not match the original order. Returns must be reported within 7 days of receiving the goods. To initiate the return process, please contact our customer service at info@classicocomo.com or +39 031 928173.
Return Conditions
- Products must be returned in the same condition in which they were received.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of manufacturing defects.
Once the returned products are received, a refund or replacement will be processed, depending on availability and the customer’s preference.
